If the lease is less than 30 days, we recommend that space owners keep electric and water running for the short-term tenant and factor it into the rent. If the lease is over 30 days, space owners can provide utility setup information to the short-term tenant upon booking. Ultimately, the choice lies with the space owner and how he or she would like to structure their agreement.
