In case of last minute cancellation due to natural disaster, will I get full refund?
In case if cancellation due to act of god or situations outside the control of brand or space, a full refund minus the service fees will be done.

Will there be a background check on Brand and Space owners?
No currently. But as Myrsa grows a background check will be mandatory.
