Incase of a dispute, the dispute will have to be resolved by the space owners and the brand owners. Myrsa acts as a facilitator for the transactions.

The payment to the space owner will be released only after 24 hours after the booking ends, provided the transaction is executed without grievances.

The account at Myrsa requires only one email id to be registered. Two or more people can operate the account using the registered Email Id.
